An intimate ceremony on Laguna Beach with their closest friends and family, the reception following at Seven4one. Aimee and Joe’s wedding was breathtaking from start to finish. Because they wanted to spend their wedding day focused on friends, family & each other, they asked for limited posed photos. I loved the challenge to capture their wedding day as it happened, largely unaffected by my presence. I’ve shared a few of their photos before, but couldn’t help but include a broader selection from their hot & sunny September wedding.
And a special thanks to Seven4one & Events by Robin. Around every corner was a new and thoughtfully designed room perfect for capturing every part of their wedding day.
And, quite possibly, my favorite bouquet ever by #BellaBlooms
Working with the DeepGreen Project brings me both personal and artistic satisfaction. The project provides work for women who have suffered injustice in SW Asia and pays them fair wages for their work. And each knit product is beautiful and well made. In the winter months, I am almost always wearing something from DeepGreen.

No matter how many times I visit Boulevard Park in Bellingham, there is always something new that I discover on a shoot. I had a blast here with the stylish and beautiful Ana last fall.
Loved wandering around Whatcom Falls Park with Delaney. Her effortless smile and completely enchanting eyes made our session a lot of fun.
Wandered around downtown Kunming with this beautiful engaged couple in the Spring. So much happiness and love.
